How do the coupon codes work?

Coupon codes may have specific expiration dates or can only be used for a limited time based on quantity. Most coupons cannot be combined or may have one time usage only. If you are in our partnership program the terms and conditions may differ.

How long does it take the order to be processed?

The order will take 2-3 business days to be processed. If order is submitted on Saturday or Sunday it will be processed the following business day.

I had trouble with my coupon code?

Where and how do I use the coupon code?

When you are on the checkout page, there is a section on the left to input your discount code. After you enter the code, it will deduct the amount off the cart immediately.

Yes, we do as for the affiliate program we work with international members as well.

Returns Refunds and Exchanges

Can I exchange my order?

Yes You can exchange the product unused and its original packaging. We will provide you with a return label just contact us on returns@clarriacosmetics.com to set the return process. (Not applicable to samples and sample kits)

How long do I have to return/exchange the item?

15 days

How long will it take to receive credit for my return?

It will take 3 to 5 business days once the return package has been received. The time for the credit to your account may vary based on your bank. Contact your financial institution for that information.

Shipping and handling

How long does it take to receive my order once its shipped?

For US residents 3-4 days, International varies by location. When your order is ready a email confirmation will be send to the email address provided.

What if I didn’t receive my order after the allotted time of delivery?

E-mail us at orders@clarriacosmetics.com or contact USPS. Send us an e-mail with your order number and tracking number.

Will I have to pay for Shipping and Handling?

Yes. If the order is below $22.50. There will be flat rate shipping and handling added to your order. $9.95 for US including Alaska and Hawaii. For International $16.50.
